A brand new addition to Rio’s Spey line-up, the Low Water Line offers an advantage in those situations, as the name suggests, when water is in short supply. The long, fine front taper will carry and fish in the gentlest of flows, and offers a degree of delicacy in presentation which will be new to many anglers. The short-medium head length gives casting efficiency while ensuring ease of use in most casting situations and conditions. Although not designed for heavier fishing, the Low Water Line is capable of handling Rio’s 6’ Versileaders, tapered nylon leaders, small/medium flies and small tubes. Manufactured with RIO’s latest high tech coatings including XS Technology for a super slick, dirt repelling coating, the line also features RIO’s DualTone colour concept to easily show the angler the perfect loading point for each line size.
